This is the Top 100 Book list I worked from. I created this list by combining the Top 100 lists from the following entities: Modern Library, GreatBooks.org, The Observer, Norwegian Nobel, Time Magazine Since 1923, Globe Mail, Novel 100 D. Burke, Modern Library Radcliffe, Boston Library Most Influential, Telegraph Perfect Library, BBC Big Read, and the Top Ten Writer's Favorites. I can't say that I agree with some of the top choices, but who am I to argue? I will create my own Top 100 list when I'm done...and here's a hint...neither Ulysses or Lolita will be on it! :-)
